At the heart of our business is over two decades of hands-on experience in trade and maintenance management, shaped by a deep commitment to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Our journey began in some of the most demanding environments—major hazard processing facilities and mineral mining operations—where we built a reputation for delivering results that matter.

Our founder Shane Miller has held pivotal roles such as Asset Integrity Manager, Major Shutdown Execution Superintendent, Senior Supervisor, and Maintenance Superintendent. These leadership experiences have not only shaped our strategic approach but also solidified our ability to build high-performing teams, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and execute critical projects aligned with long-term business goals.
